Our services

When you use our services, we collect what's needed to provide them:

• Account — Email (required), name and location (optional). Your Signal handle (required), and phone number if you've enabled sharing in Signal.
• Content — Files you upload or attach, questions you ask, voice messages.
• Billing — Handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe ID and usage, not card numbers.

Third parties

Signal (messaging), Stripe (payments), Fireworks AI (language models, transcription), Pyannote.ai (speaker diarization), Resend (email).

Data retention

Account and content kept while active. Billing records as required by law. Delete your account anytime, data removed after 7-day grace period.

What we don't do

• Sell data to advertisers
• Use your private messages to train AI (we may use the feedback to our responses, and publicly accessible content like websites you share)
• Share data except as needed to provide the service or as required by law

Security

Signal messages are end-to-end encrypted. All connections use HTTPS. We log authentication and security events.
